National Office: A 18-person office in Cape Town, and a fund-raiser in Gauteng

Status: registered non-profit organization

Programmes: Offender Reintegration, Community Victim Support, Diversion and Youth Development, Economic Opportunities Project.

Funding: A wide basket of funds in donations, subsidies, sponsorships, bequests etc

There are four national directors, and nine provincial directors. Each of NICRO's four programmes is managed by a national programme manager at national office. The programmes have project managers in provinces. There is a funding co-ordinator and research co-ordinator at national office, and administrative support.
