Diversion referrals

Our diversion service is accessed through the courts. If you or a loved one has been arrested and you would like to find out if diversion may be an option, your legal representative must speak to the public prosecutor dealing with your case.

Non-custodial sentencing referrals

Our NCS service is accessed through the courts. If you are arrested and sent to trial, you can ask your legal representative to request consideration for a NCS from the judge, magistrate or prosecutor.
