Interventions

NICRO offers a basket of interventions that are used by the three service streams and are also accessible to people outside the criminal justice system. In the basket we have interventions for individuals, victims, families and schools. In addition to private sessions with individuals, we offer structured programmes with different themes. We also offer aftercare and tracking for each client. As well as court referrals, NICRO also works with individuals who self-refer, such as parents who bring in their children.

Each NICRO client is worked with in the same way. Each client receives a detailed assessment, and a treatment plan is mapped out listing all the interventions they require in order to change their behaviour. An intervention plan will be unique for each individual and can include programmes as well as individual services.

Individual Interventions

All NICRO clients receive an assessment, which is repeated periodically to track needs and behaviour change. To learn more about the individual interventions, click here.
